Minakshi is an independent social development consultant with experience in research, writing, translating, and implementing projects. Her experience covers tribal health, education, poverty, qualitative research, gender, community mobilization, training, and women's empowerment, among others.

As a team leader with grassroots organisations, she led several projects focused on livelihoods, women's empowerment, capacity building, reproductive health, gender sensitization trainings, health communication, community mobilization, and governance.
